Next year, Fort Worth Magazine is tripling the fun with their annual Dream Home project, which benefits the magazine’s flagship charity, a Wish with Wings. The 2020 Dream Home will be three homes that comprise the newly dubbed Fort Worth Magazine Dream Street.

Located in a new development in Southlake called The Oxford Place, this 12.64-acre development features a cul-de-sac street with 11 one-acre-plus lots with direct access to East Highland Street at East Kirkwood Boulevard. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Carroll Middle School.

The exclusive luxury community begins in this first offering of homes—a trio of speculative residences to be envisioned and built by three renowned homebuilders—and will be showcased in the October 2020 Fort Worth Magazine Dream Street Touring.

The three builders are WillowTree Luxury Homes, Heritage Homes, and Atwood Custom Homes. Heritage built our 2019 Showcase Home in Colleyville, and Atwood built the 2015 Dream Home in Southlake.

Since 2000, Fort Worth Magazine, in partnership with local builders and vendors, has built an annual home in new, up and coming areas of Greater Tarrant County. The project has expanded the last few years with the addition of a second annual project, Showcase Home, which toured for the first time this summer.

Stay tuned for more developments on the Fort Worth Magazine’s biggest Dream Home project to date.
