Both builder, John Webb of Heritage Homes, and interior designer, Susan Semmelmann of Susan Semmelmann Interiors, return for their third Dream Street project. The pair share over a dozen Dream projects (whether Dream Street or Dream Home) between them and are pairing their talents for the second year in a row.
This year, the duo take on a Mediterranean architecture style, characterized by a fusion of various design elements from the countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea, including Spain, Italy, Greece, and Morocco. The home will feature a classic stucco façade, tile roof, archways, and tall windows. The two will no doubt put their own twist on a timeless design.
